"Horrible!!! Absolutely terrible. We've been dealing with them for over a year and a half, I've brought in more than three companies, and they're the worst. They hijack your domains and platforms, force you to keep hiring them, and completely ignore your calls and requests for assistance. They increase your expenses tenfold. They constantly change professionals, leaving projects unfinished. It's a shame. Do not trust this company's services; they are the worst nightmare. I would not recommend them at all."
"A terrible experience and alarming lack of professionalism. I hired their services, paying six months in advance (over €600), and the result has been disappointing. Not only do they deliver generic stock content that doesn't respect the brand image, showing no sensitivity to personal branding, but their customer service is nonexistent: they stood me up at scheduled meetings and don't respond to emails after I requested contract termination. After requesting contract termination due to their malpractice, they stopped responding and are withholding money for months of work not performed. Furthermore, they blocked my access to the campaigns while continuing to bill my account for advertising without my permission after I had requested cancellation. To this day, I am still waiting for a refund of the €485.26 they owe me for the months of work not performed and the expenses incurred due to their negligence. Abusive management and a complete lack of respect for the client's time and money. I do not recommend their services if you are looking for trust and professionalism."

"The worst business experience I've ever had. After several conversations with the sales representative, they pressured me into signing up for a full year with upfront payment, telling me that the improvements wouldn't be noticeable month by month. The monthly fee was almost €6,000. At no point when I signed up was I told that the verbal and recorded contract obligated me to continue the following year at a higher price of €8,500. After several conversations and emails with Tamara, the person managing our account, explaining my dissatisfaction, the automatic renewal date arrived. I hadn't been notified of this renewal, as I understood that I was signing up for a year in advance, not committing to a lifetime contract. When I requested to cancel, 10 days after the renewal deadline, the company's true intentions came out. They wanted to charge me for services, penalties, etc., totaling €3,200, with excuses about planning and services provided over 10 days. Pathetic, it will be resolved judicially."
