"Ms. Alejandra Amaya provided me with terrible service. I contacted them on Friday at 5 pm by phone, knowing that their Google listing shows they close at 6 pm. The woman who answered told me that the person in charge of providing information had left early due to a personal matter, but that because of the minor issue, they would contact me over the weekend, even though they were closed. Today is Monday, and I waited for her quote all day. When Alejandra finally contacted me at 5 pm, she sent me a PDF with information. By the time I read and analyzed it, it was 6 pm. I asked if she could give me the prices for some specific services, and she said I absolutely needed to have a video call to get a quote. I asked if we could have the video call, and she said no, that it was already 6 pm and they were closed, and that we would have to wait until tomorrow. I understand that everyone has work hours, but they didn't adhere to theirs, and the woman contacted me late today. Obviously I got angry and told him it was terrible service and he blocked me on WhatsApp."
