"I purchased a high-end gaming PC from Ivory Online. When the PC arrived, it crashed almost instantly, and did so every 2 minutes on startup. Ivory does not have any sort of online customer support, aside from a WhatsApp account where they answer rarely (over 2 days response time) and briefly. They did not answer any of my inquiries, instead letting me know I should drop off the computer in their lab. For the record, I have a severe back injury and can hardly carry the computer, but that did not interest them in the least. Overall, the product quality was abysmal - as in, crashed instantly on first opening, and the customer support was, if possible, even worse. "Last Friday, 6.03.26, at noon, I bought a few items at the store - Habim 18, the main warehouse. I must say that I have a mental disability and leaving the house and traveling - in a state of war is very scary and stressful for me. I took things I wanted and asked to add an inexpensive computer fan. Something for 20 NIS - + (there are 3 types of fans on sale for 20-25 NIS). The seller will bring all the details together, did the math and came out to 128 NIS. I also thought it was a little more than I thought. I live on a disability pension and don't have much money to spend. But I was in a hurry to get home and rushed to the bus. They sent me an invoice by text message. On the bus, I checked the invoice and saw that the seller pushed me a fan for 49 and not 20 as I requested. I felt like they were working on me, taking advantage of my mental state. They didn't tell me about the promotions and in Habana they sold me a more expensive item. Now what do I do if this? On Sunday I will go to the same store and ask to take this expensive fan for exchange for 2 for 20 NIS. I did not open the product, I did not touch it, it is still in the Aibo bag. Besides, I want to share with the public in such a case that the employees at Baybouri pretend that they only care about money and that's how they push expensive things in their minds and cheat people"

"Bad and embarrassing service. I waited an unreasonably long time, and when I finally approached a representative, I was treated aggressively, arrogantly, and completely impatiently. Instead of receiving basic service, I left humiliated and disappointed. This is not just a problem of one branch, it is a problem of the entire chain. I recommend that everyone stay away from Ivory, do not buy or spend a single shekel in a place that treats its customers this way. There are enough other stores that provide genuine and respectful service."
