"Randy and the rest of maintenance team are great. Other than that it can get noisy with neighbors stomping/running, or playing music beyond normal hours but admin is responsive with reminders/warning etc. It is an older apartment but quite expensive as compared to other options in the area and if you have a 2nd car, parking is difficult to find after 5pm and on weekends."
"Randy is coming less than 15 minutes as he promised from internet. He did excellence job. He just look at the sink fix it and done fast. He is great, he said it is easy job. Thank you Randy. ."
"Probably not the best place to live here. In the first month you experience problems with other tenants who don’t follow the rules. They block the entrances in the early mornings and late nights making it harder to get into the gates by the front office. People get picked up in front of the office and make you wait to leave when the light has turned green. Everyone is weird here especially the Latin community who seems to do whatever they want. People don’t smoke in their apartments when they shouldn’t be smoking outside. No ADA ramps to the apartments especially. People’s kids playing with the elevator running back and forth across the hall. People don’t work here, they depend off the government so most of the time they always take up the same parking spots and never move their cars. Neighbors have a system that they have to take always the front parking so it makes it harder to get stuff to your apartment be aware. People are always working on their cars or washing them when they shouldn’t be that causes blockages from entering the gate safely. It even says on the policy to live here. They always do it after hours when the leasing office is closed. People speed through the community and give you a fowl look. Never see the security guard going around the community and only just stands at the front entrance of the leasing office. It’s not like they care here but charge enough rent. Free breakfast sometimes once a month lol. If you plan to charge your vehicle here they take the spots even if they don’t charge a vehicle. This is an overview of within 5 months or so being here. Just for those looking so they have an idea what to expect. Update as of 07/28/2025: Neighbors here hold a grudge if you call the tow truck or the leasing office on them when they park in your spot. Just had an incident with a neighbor having their guest try to intimidate me while walking to my car. They thought I would scared and can’t look at me in the eyes. The company or management doesn’t really care as it seems when you complain. People are loud at night after 11pm here. It’s a one and done deal."
"I can’t say enough nice things about Randy. He was always quick to show up and fix issues in my apartment and was always kind to me and my pet. I felt safe letting him in to do repairs in my apartment when I wasn’t there knowing he would make sure my cat wouldn’t get out. He is dedicated and hardworking, and so is the rest of the maintenance team. Otherwise, not a very safe place to live in. The neighbors are constantly in domestic violence disputes and the sheriffs show up late. I had drug dealers living next to me for a whole year who threw my balcony plants into the patio in the middle of the night because my light was on (after someone tried to break in). I was home when they were evicted by the sherrifs. Its loud as there’s many families with children who scream at all hours and run around with no supervision. They also stomp around the halls and play with the elevator. Do not live here if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax or work from home"
"I cannot say enough good things about the leasing agent Esmeralda. She was so helpful and kind during our interactions and helped me understand the leasing process. I really enjoyed my interactions with the front office staff, but especially her."
