"I checked in for a 10 day stay here at the HomeTowne Suites by Red Roof Inn and when I tried to connect to WiFi through Chromecast all I got were warnings that it was unsecured, etc. I saw a magnet on the refrigerator in my room and it said if there was any problem connecting to WiFi, call customer support and it had a phone number and specified that it was available 24/7! So I called and whoever answered was very kind and patient with me (which was unexpected and greatly appreciated). He asked me a few questions and had to walk me through the procedure but wasn’t condescending or rude. He was the opposite which was patient, kind and understanding. Thank God there are still nice people out there. It gives me hope for humanity. My problem connecting to WiFi was resolved quickly and satisfactory. 🙏🏻"
