"After a very long relationship with this company, we were completely shafted. Almost nothing. Paying a monthly fee for a single keyword is laughable for a company claiming to be an SEO specialist. Things came to a head with a new website project. We were quoted for an 11-day bespoke build, paid 50% upfront, and were sent back a templated rehash of our old site that didn’t follow the brief at all. They refused to continue unless we paid the remainder. We reluctantly complied. Weeks later, after chasing, a site finally appeared that we actually liked. Problem was, it had been finished for some time—no one bothered to tell us. And then came the sting: they refused to upload it without more money. This “extra charge” was outside the agreed quote. Essentially, we were held to ransom. Even after paying, the incompetence continued. They had our hosting details but failed to launch the site. After more calls and emails, their excuse was simply: “we can’t deal with them, you’ll have to do it.” Excuse me? What exactly did we pay you for? On top of that, when asked for SEO reports, backlink building, keyword analysis, competitor reviews—anything—they produced nothing. No evidence of real work at all. This company takes your money, does the bare minimum (if anything), and leaves you chasing constantly. Absolute scam. Avoid them at all costs."
