"I used Wix to build a site for a real estate brand and was guided through the 7 step setup process by the sites Ai, which prompted me to select a premium plan and purchase a custom email for the website ( Wix advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked ) — which gave me confidence to proceed with the email add on that you would think comes free with a Perimuim Package but noooo However, what they don’t make clear during setup is that the email address is not included in that refund policy in a Premium Plan, yes Premium is not Premium at all ! It’s treated as a third-party add-on and is completely non-refundable at $42 per email, even if cancelled right away or never used, which was my case. The non-refundable detail is buried in the fine print and not clearly stated at checkout. When I cancelled my premium plan, my site was immediately disconnected from the custom domain, making it unavailable to visitors. It reverts to a free Wix URL with ads, and there’s no pro-rated refund or flexibility. To make matters worse, the so-called “Premium” plan offers very little — many core features like forms, email marketing, and analytics are either limited or require more upgrades. Support was polite but unable to help, simply repeating the policy and sending me the hidden T&C Wix is not easy to use, and if you’re expecting professional-grade service, don't go here. No refunds and no clear terms and conditions when buying. be cautious. I wouldn’t recommend committing money without reading every bit of fine print. (If Wix refunds me I'll edit this review and stop the social media campaign )"
