Despite clear agreements about terminating the partnership, a payment reminder was still sent for a period that was supposed to expire. This doesn't inspire much confidence in their adherence to the agreements made. Furthermore, our marketing budget was handled carelessly. When we requested changes, we received insufficient advice about the consequences for our performance. You would expect a specialized agency to clearly explain the impact of such changes beforehand. The reports made a sloppy and unprofessional impression. They were general, contained multiple language and spelling errors, were cut and pasted into a sleek layout, and provided little clear explanation of the chosen strategy. This did not give us the confidence that our campaigns were being carefully and substantively developed. As a result, our performance has deteriorated significantly. Analysis also shows that a large portion of the backlinks we placed had high toxicity, which can be detrimental to our rankings.
