"They arranged a time and asked me to arrive early. When I arrived, the store wasn't open yet, but I still waited for half an hour before leaving. It felt ridiculous! Not only was they standing me up, but I contacted the representative but they didn't respond. I waited from 10:30 until almost 12:00 AM before they responded. The answer was that the store changed the interview time without notifying your HR representative. Overall, I felt terrible! Although the appointment was later rescheduled, the outcome is irrelevant. I still have to say your service was terrible! You didn't even confirm it again, leaving me waiting for almost two hours in vain."
