"Having managed numerous websites and even built my own, I've worked with many website design companies. I've almost never encountered a company that leaves a website completely untouched after completion. While their annual maintenance fees (including hosting) aren't high, there's absolutely no "maintenance" involved. They charge for changing a single image, and even for altering the color of a single character. Of course, I understand that all actions involve human resources, but the quality of subsequent maintenance after the website's completion is unacceptable. The backend editor is poorly designed, extremely difficult to use, and riddled with bugs (for example, even when the backend is set to not display certain content, it still appears on the frontend???). The editor's self-editing space is severely limited; every action on any content, even those sections that cannot be edited, incurs a price. This makes it impossible to maintain a website long-term or ensure the timeliness of its data. In short, you get what you pay for. Website design companies come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from a few hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands. The price definitely influences the quality of service provided. I wasn't in charge of this case initially, so I can't trace how we discussed and collaborated in the past. However, I am truly concerned about the quality of service I've received since taking over the case."
