"Terrible service, no accountability or concern for mistakes they made and the ramifications to your business. I would recommend using some other company as I will be finding another company for myself and my clients. I submitted an annual report with Wyoming Registered Agents Service and they didn't submit that report for 2 months. In the meantime I did a business address change. Well they submitted the annual report 4 days after the address change was in. Thus, putting the old address back on record with the Wyoming SOS. I had to file another address change and wait 25 days for it to update. This set my business back significantly as we aren't able to record documents for our clients in the state of California and I am unsure what other states as of now. My question is, what do I tell my clients! My business has a 4.9 star rating with just as many ratings as them. This is negligence for sure! I DO NOT recommend."
